Hi, I'm Matt

Perfect PC is me: a lifelong gamer and hardware nerd building custom rigs out of Whenuapai in West Auckland. I've been gaming on PCs for more than 30 years, and after almost a decade in the New Zealand Army I turned what I'm most passionate about into the job: PC gaming and hardware.

I started Perfect PC because most prebuilts ship on factory settings that run hot and leave performance on the table. Every rig I build is dialled in by hand (CPU clocks, voltages, RAM timings and fan curves) so you get the most FPS your hardware can give, with the temperatures to match. Then it's stress tested and game tested before it goes anywhere.

The same goes for repairs and tune-ups. I'll track down the problem properly, and if a repair isn't worth your money, I'll tell you straight.
