Where are you based, and which areas do you cover?
Perfect PC is at 9 Kennedys Road, Whenuapai, in West Auckland. It's a short drive from Hobsonville, West Harbour, Westgate, Massey, Kumeu, Riverhead and the North Shore. Outside Auckland, remote diagnostics covers the rest of New Zealand.
How much does a PC diagnosis cost?
In-store diagnostics and repair is $99.00. Remote diagnostics is $149.00. Any parts you need are quoted before they're ordered.
Is my old PC worth repairing?
Often it is: many slow or hot PCs only need a clean, a re-paste and a tune. If it isn't, I'll say so and show you the most cost-effective upgrade or replacement for what you use it for.
Do you repair laptops?
Yes. The laptop clean, service and tune covers a full strip-down and clean, CPU and GPU re-paste, BIOS updates and Windows tuning, and laptop faults can be diagnosed in-store too.
